Job Context:
∎ Reporting Requirements: The Communications and Outreach Specialist will report to the Activity`s full-time Communications Specialist.
∎ Period of Performance and Level of Effort: The period of performance will be o/a November 13, 2022 - October 14, 2023 and the level of effort will be a total of 40 days.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A graduate degree in a relevant discipline and three years of work experience or a bachelor's degree and five years of experience.
∎ Relevant experience to include working on communication issues and/or projects. Prior experience working as a journalist or strong relationships with print or electronic media, with knowledge of how to engage with media outlets to report out/frame stories that would be of interest.
∎ Experience of working on a USAID Project is an advantage.
∎ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Graphic design a plus.
∎ Fluent in English.
