• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial operations and LC-related work.

• Solid understanding of import procedures, banking terms, and customs rules

• Prior motorcycle riding with a valid license is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and email correspondence.

• Handle all aspects of commercial operations, including LC (Letter of Credit) opening, amendment, and retirement.

• Communicate with banks, C&F agents, customs, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain commercial documentation as per import regulations.

• Coordinate shipment schedules and documentation for smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor import/export costs and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Documentation work for various government entities.
