Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct all commercial activities (i.e. Preference on Export documentations, UD, EPB, etc)
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export
∎ Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA (CO, GSP) related activities.
∎ Arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines. Also ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC)
∎ Keeping record of all buyers’ original documents submitted to bank manually in register for individually.
∎ Maintain file of each and every delivery or shipped items and time to time provide update to the management
∎ Handle the export/ import related activities as far as the commercial is concerned
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
