∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance and Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with all Import and Export related Matters.
∎ To deal with all kinds of L/C-related matters, Banking function, and documentation, Bank guarantee, etc.
∎ To deal with shipping documents, and C&F issues.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs-related documents and procedure
∎ Closely follow up on all commercial processes execute in a timely and cost-effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Ensure preparation and renewal of all kinds of Company Certificates from government, semi-government and autonomous authorities.
∎ E-Mail communication with the client's commercial team & other necessary concerns and working closely with the sales team for commercial aspects.
∎ Any commercial-related task given by the management.
∎ Responsible for overall commercial activities including Export, Import, Bond, and the customer's documentation handling.
∎ Lead the process to import materials from our principal Company.
∎ Follow up on Local & foreign documents purchase/Negotiation, Maturity & payment with the bank.
∎ Follow up and maintain bill collection formalities with clients.
∎ Report all commercial activities on regular basis.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
