Job Summary

The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing all commercial operations within the garments manufacturing business, including individual’s buyer coordination, order management, compliance, and export/import documentation. The role ensures timely execution of orders, cost efficiency, profitability, and strong relationships with international buyers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers.

• Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.

• Ensure international materials are delivered on time to avoid production delays.

• Oversee Import, export commercial documentation (LC, PI, invoice, packing list, BL, GSP, etc.).

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory standards.

• Monitor contract terms and payment security (LC/TT).

• Identify commercial risks and implement preventive measures.
