Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communication with foreign and local Buyer, Seller, Bank, C&F local and Foreign offices.
∎ Maintain and Monitoring of trade documents of Company and keep update all documents.
∎ Follow up L/C from the advising bank of Buyer.
∎ Responsible for Checking of LC, LC – Amendment, Follow up Shipment, C&F, LC Payment, Goods Landing Report, Prepare LC Cost, Prepare Bills/Invoices.
∎ Reconciliation of Goods Landing Report and Solving Final payment of Buyer/ Seller.
∎ Prepare Vouchers for office expenses and maintain required accounting records.
∎ Perform any other task directed by the management.
∎ Maintain Company License Documents.
∎ Purchasing of Local Products for Office and Factory.
