∎ five years (05) hands on experiences on collection management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receivable Collection Management:
∎ Monitor receivable accounts and follow up with customers for payment.
∎ Implement collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.
∎ Negotiate payment plans when necessary.
∎ Customer Communication:
∎ Contact customers via phone, email, or letters regarding payments.
∎ Resolve disputes and provide assistance to customers facing financial difficulties.
∎ Financial Tracking & Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding receivables.
∎ Generate reports on collection status, aging accounts, and bad debt provisions.
∎ Compliance & Legal Procedures:
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
∎ Work with legal teams for escalated cases that require legal action.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to streamline collection processes.
∎ Context:
∎ A Collection Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's receivable collection process. His/her main goal is to ensure timely payments from customers or clients while maintaining positive relationships.
