Key Responsibilities:

• Possess good knowledge of coffee machines, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Skilled in repairing and maintaining coffee machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners to ensure uninterrupted service operations.
• Provide technical support for hot beverage systems, including monitoring and maintaining machinery, and assisting with the development of AVM and beverage systems.
• Commission and capitalize assets, track asset movements to customers, and allocate assets accordingly.
• Maintain stock levels and review stock movements for equipment and parts; manage the purchasing of spare parts for equipment.
• Oversee the delivery and installation of equipment and monitor the usage of spare parts.
• Ensure the exclusive use of Smith’s products.
• Conduct random visits to key customers to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
