Job Context:
∎ Job location: Project Cluster/upazila Offices under Bhola District.
∎ Job Nature: Contractual (Up to the project period on 14 May, 2020)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Field Coordinator, the Cluster Manager will have the overall responsibility for implementation of USAID's INCA project in their respective upazila.
∎ S/he will provide strategic and managerial support to project team at upazila level and below to roll out project activities.
∎ S/he will supervise the activities of Field Supervisors and Community Nutrition Promoter including providing proper guidance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Minimum three years of hands on experience in the similar job.
∎ Knowledge on Nutrition and Health.
∎ Knowledge on operation ICT (particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power Point etc., is essential.
∎ Should have experience in management of staff Financial and Administrative Management at Upazila level.
∎ Should have skill in report writing in both Bangla and English.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and in speaking English language.
∎ Should have excellent facilitation skill.
∎ Should have "can do" attitude and abele to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Must know how to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license.
∎ Having problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Which is renewable on yearly basis
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two bonuses @ 50% of consolidated salary per year.
