Job Context:
∎ Home & Community Care Ltd (HCCL), is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor (Nurse) who will be responsible for leading its Patient Care, & Training and Capacity Building initiative. This position will oversee and be responsible for assessing the training requirements for the Caregivers of HCCL, developing an appropriate curriculum to fit the requirements in a short time, and spending half of their time in carrying out the training sessions aimed for the intended audience (caregivers and other nurses).
∎ The other half of their time, the candidate will be focusing on improving patient home care outcomes, by making supervisory visits, carrying out patient assessments, careplan designing, and helping the operations team with rostering and communications with caregivers.
∎ The Clinical Supervisor (Nurse) is ultimately responsible for driving a marked improvement in the quality and capacity of HCCL’s nurses and caregivers. The ideal candidate will also help assess the level of our nursing staff by determining their strengths & weaknesses during their training sessions, and look for improvements among the nursing staff, as a post-training evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2.1 PATIENT ASSESSMENTS
∎ Carry out new patient assessments with Business Development Executives to understand nursing and caregiving requirements, via home visits.
∎ 2.2 PATIENT SUPERVISION VISITS
∎ Visit patients at their homes to supervise care delivery by our caregivers for some weeks to understand the local context of care levels and patients’ home settings.
∎ 2.3 PATIENT CAREPLAN, CONSULTATION, AND VITALS MONITORING
∎ Create patient’s careplan from the visit/assessment, and track vitals for patients depending on patient condition. Understand the local context of care levels and patients’ home settings. Track vitals of patients such as BP, Temp, Sugar Levels, etc. to aid their recovery at home.
∎ 2.4 CLINICAL SKILLS ASSESSMENT
∎ Help with assessing clinical and technical abilities of other nurses and caregivers during their interviews, and career progression assessments. This assessment will be done through coordination with Operations.
∎ 2.5 TRAINING REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
∎ Talk to relevant stakeholders (management, patients, and caregivers) to determine the appropriate training requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Home Health Care will be prioritized.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 39000 (Monthly)
