Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clinic Manager role requires planning, directing, and coordinating sales and operations of DHI Bangladesh clinic. This position has administrative reporting at local level and day-to-day reporting to the DHI International office based out of New Delhi. Key responsibilities include:
∎ Develop a team of professionals for working at DHI Bangladesh clinic.
∎ Mission coordination with doctors and assistants on a regular basis.
∎ Take complete sales ownership by setting and delivering sales targets
∎ Devise and supervise marketing plans for lead generation.
∎ Supervise entire process of lead handling from inquiry, conversions to consultations & procedures.
∎ Forging lasting relationships with patients. Ensure patient interactions and follow-ups to ensure that
∎ patients are satisfied with results and overall DHI experience.
∎ Comply with DHI clinic management protocols including patient data, photo sessions, facility upkeep, CRM software etc.
∎ Ensure safety and quality control standards are followed and safeguard measures are in place to protect DHI patients, staff & property.
∎ Periodic reporting as per company's guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should possess exceptional sales skills.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in client sales and handling, preferably in a medical environment.
∎ Must be a smart individual with good common sense.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali language.
∎ Result oriented professional who can deliver the business plan and take full ownership.
∎ Travel Required: No
