🧩 Position: Client & Vendor Manager

🏙️ Department: Business Development

📌 Work Location: ECB Chottor, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

🌙 Work Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

📆 Workdays: Monday–Friday

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• 🌐 Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Property Preservation & Maintenance sector.
• 📝 Manage the full client & vendor onboarding process and ensure smooth workflow throughout each project.
• 🛠️ Perform daily tasks and updates using the PPW system.
• 🚀 Grow the client & vendor base through smart negotiation and strategic business development
• 🎯 Maintain client satisfaction and address concerns promptly by keeping the vendors fully active and dedicated.

🔸 Required Skills & Experience:

• 🏚️ At least 1–3 years of experience as a Client Manager/Vendor Manager in Property Preservation & Maintenance.

• 🏚️ Maintenance and Commercial experts will get preference.
• 🗣️ Strong English communication and presentation skills (IELTS 6.5 is an advantage)
• 🖥️ Tech-friendly, attentive to detail, and target-oriented. Higher typing speed will provide     extra advantage.
• 🤝 Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking, and client-handling abilities.

🔸 Educational Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
• ✍️ Strong command of spoken and written English with good punctuation and analytical skills
• 🎤 North American accent is a plus, but not essential
• ⚙️ Capable of handling tasks in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• 🧭 Responsible, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines
