About Us

We are a fast-growing event management & marketing firm, dedicated to delivering creative, impactful, and seamless event experiences for our clients. To strengthen our client service team, we are looking for an energetic and professional Clients Support Executives who will be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and gratification.

  • Support in designing and executing marketing campaigns for events, activations, and experimental marketing.

  • Manage client inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations & marketing) to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.

  • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients in a cross functional environment.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustainable business.

  • Provide after-event support, feedback, and client reports.

What We Need

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

  • Experience – Proficient in client service, event management, or marketing.

  • Soft Skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (Bangla & English), and Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hard Skills - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Power-point; knowledge of digital tools/software will be an advantage.

  • Mindset - Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.
