Job Context:
∎ As a Client Support Executive you have to keep good relationship with our old clients. And also deal with our new clients.
∎ You must be a great communicator.
∎ Job Location is Paltan Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent speaking and listening skills
∎ Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
∎ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
∎ To satisfy clients, determine and evaluate their needs.
∎ To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company's goods and services.
∎ Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Good to have different kind of event management capability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Will be fixed through negotiation depending on skills and experience.
