Position Overview:
We are looking to hire Client Success Account Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients, serving as Tier 1 Support. Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure client satisfaction by:

  • Actively listening to client concerns and understanding their needs.

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to all client queries.

  • Escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Following up diligently to ensure client issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.

Since our clients are located across different time zones, you will be required to work on a roster-based schedule to ensure round-the-clock support coverage.

This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple support channels simultaneously. As a Client Success Account Manager, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer trust.
