• Must hold a graduation degree (any discipline)

• Age 22 to 30 years

• No previous experience required – full training provided by Research & Analyst Team

• Strong interest in client outreach and sales development

• Confident in using Google and basic Excel/Sheets

• Must have a personal computer and stable internet connection

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time)

Location: Remote (Work monitored via Supervisors & Hubstaff)

Freelanty is initiating the complete setup of its lead generation and outreach marketing team. In this role, you’ll be trained as a Client Outreach Executive from scratch to expert level. • Generate leads and perform client outreach
• Follow strategies and templates prepared by the Research & Analyst (R&A) team
• Work proactively under supervisor’s guidance
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
• Perform well under pressure and deadlines
• Assist with other relevant tasks when required

• Commission-based (up to 20-50% per client, earning potential up to 30,000 BDT/month)

• 14 days casual leave and 14 days sick leave per year

• Two Eid bonuses per year (equal to one monthly salary each)
