Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to students and guardians regarding study abroad options, admission processes, and visa procedures.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation coordination efficiently and timely.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on application status and required actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
• Maintain and update client records, correspondence, and application data systematically.
• Address client concerns, complaints, or issues and escalate them when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
• Assist in organizing client meetings, seminars, and promotional events if required.
• Perform other administrative and communication-related duties assigned by management.
