• Property Preservation & Maintenance.
• Familiarity with U.S. property terms, MS Excel, and portals is a plus.

The Client and Vendor Relation Executive will ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing work orders, tracking performance, and maintaining compliance to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Client Management

• Communicate with clients on work orders, updates, and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements and timely submission of bids and invoices.

• Maintain professional client relationships and handle escalations promptly.

Vendor Coordination

• Assign and track work orders, ensuring vendor compliance and quality standards.

• Review vendor submissions and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain updated vendor records and performance data.

Operational Support

• Monitor work order progress and report to management.

• Coordinate with QA and Accounts for billing accuracy.

• Prepare regular performance and status reports.

• Assist with vendor onboarding and document verification.
