Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma or BSc in Civil Engineering

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age At least 18 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in structural drawing
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of ETABS/SAFE will be an advantage)
• Strong understanding of RCC detailing and construction standards
• Ability to maintain office discipline and meet deadlines

Workplace: Office-Based

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare RCC structural drawings (Footing, Column, Beam, Slab, etc.)
• Develop structural drawings based on architectural drawings
• Perform detailed drawings using AutoCAD, including Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
• Coordinate with site engineers and the design team
• Revise and modify drawings as required
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)
