∎ Proven experience as a Camera Operator and Video Editor.
∎ Proficiency in using industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinchi Resolve, After Effect).
∎ Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and composition.
∎ Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of current trends in video production (both long and short-form content) and editing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate professional video cameras (Canon & Sony) to capture high-quality footage in various environments and settings (indoor & outdoor).
∎ Understand and implement different shooting techniques, including framing, composition, and lighting, to achieve the desired visual impact.
∎ Collaborate with directors and other team members to capture the vision of each project.
∎ Edit and assemble raw footage to create engaging and visually appealing videos.
∎ Use video editing software to cut, splice, and enhance footage, ensuring seamless transitions and a polished final product.
∎ Add special effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the visual storytelling.
∎ Manage the entire post-production process, including color correction, audio editing, and finalizing video outputs for various platforms.
∎ Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all video content.
∎ Collaborate with other post-production professionals, such as sound designers and visual effects artists, as needed.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Keep up-to-date with advancements in camera technology and video editing software.
∎ Work closely with creative teams, and directors to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that aligns with their objectives.
∎ Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of the video content.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill the role of Camera Operator cum Video Editor. This hybrid position requires a versatile professional who excels in both capturing high-quality footage and transforming raw footage into compelling, polished videos. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our visual content meets high standards and resonates with our target audience.
∎ Camera Operation:
