∎ Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Chinese.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining a bridge of communication between the management and other foreign companies / JV partners.
∎ Drafting and maintaining minutes of meeting with the officials of other foreign companies.
∎ Support legal department in drafting and vetting all kinds of corporate documents related to Foreign affairs (i.e. MoU, Special or Extra ordinary resolutions, etc).
∎ Translate English version to Chinese Mandarin Language and vice versa.
∎ Support any other department with issues related to Foreign affairs.
∎ Responsible for corporate communications – internal and external, government relations, public affairs, community relations and investor relations.
∎ Provide general administrative support as required.
∎ Keep liaison with all the departments.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the authority.
