Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from a college or university and certificate in English, education, social studies or other relevant disciplines; a Master's degree is a plus.

Job Context:
∎ FH Association (a Christian, relief & development organization) wants to fill two (2) current Child Promoter vacant position and also will make a panel for future hiring. Therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates (male and female). The Child Promoter (CP) serves FH Bangladesh by focusing on the project`s fluid communication system between sponsored children and their sponsors. The CP serves FH Bangladesh by being the focal point for all child-focused activities and is supervised by the Area Team Leader. The CP is responsible for the implementation of all child-sponsorship activities, local training, networking with community schools, and monitoring and improving sponsored children`s education (i.e. attendance, performance, activities, effectiveness, etc.).

∎ Report to : Area Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages child sponsorship communications and maintains child Information flow.
∎ Child event management and Activities Implementation.
∎ Networking and Communication with stakeholders within the community local government and local leaders, family members, school teachers, and like-minded organizations.
∎ Personal Growth, Development, and Responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in child sponsorship program/activities such as translation, writing reports and success stories in English, child family surveys, running child clubs, overseeing adolescent activities, etc.
∎ Knowledge & Competencies:
∎ A commitment to serving the poor and in full agreement with FH's foundation and beliefs as expressed in The Heartbeat: our Values, Vision, and Purpose;
∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and/or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
∎ Age : Below 40 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 21,091.00 to 27,130.00.
