Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the operations of the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
Ensuring 24-hour security at various important places, starting from the entrance and exit of the factory.
Ensure that the necessary gate passes, invoices are checked and documents correctly when goods leave the factory.
Allowing entry into the factory by indentifying authorized persons.
Ensure the safegaurd of all project assets, including personnel, machineries and materials.
Ensure proper allocation and management of security resources, including personnel, technology and equipment.
Manage and oversee security related incidents, investigations and reporting.
Perform any other work as and when required by the management.
