Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSc/ BA in Business Administration or relevant field from a reputed university.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience or more in executive leadership roles.
∎ CGPA not less than 3.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the company's daily operations and the executives' work like Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, etc.
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Participate in expansion activities like investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.
∎ Establish policies that promote company culture & vision
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
∎ Write and Submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
∎ Assist CEO fundraising ventures.
∎ Manage good relationships with partners and vendors.
∎ Arranging & Attending sub-divisional business development meetings.
∎ Manages websites and social media management, email blasts, and other forms of electronic communication.
∎ Organize meetings and ensure that the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers.

∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & public speaking skills.
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
∎ Proven experience in a relevant role.
∎ Understanding of business functions such as HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and operation metrics, business infrastructure, and MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 25-50k (Depends on Skills & Performance)
