Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Collaborate with management in setting and driving organizational vision, growth and operational strategy, and business development. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, communication, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
∎ - COO will be responsible for overseeing the operations, procedures and the functional areas of the company bringing the operational efficiency in the business and PnL management. This role would lean towards organizing, departmentalizing, and driving products, operations and processes for consistent, efficient, predictable results and growth.
∎ - Working with our Business, Marketing and IT teams to ensure front and back-end processes are tightly integrated. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.
∎ - Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence through outstanding organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
∎ - Serving as the contact person for partners, participate in expansion activities (acquisitions, corporate alliances, diligence initiatives, and investor relations) and handling partnership/ expansion terms and commissions. Creating and continuously optimizing a lean and efficient operational structure to differentiate us from the competition and allow for rapid growth in terms of adding new products.
