Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Biological Science or MPH/MBA from a reputed University. IBA degree will be an added preference.
∎ The Candidate should have at least 15 - 20 years' experience in Pharmaceuticals sector and must have worked in similar position last 5 years.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development or Operation Management, General Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
∎ Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (QA, Production, QC, RA, ENG, SCM, ADM, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
∎ Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
∎ Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
∎ Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors
∎ Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all executives, and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization.
∎ Establish effective decision-making processes that will enable the organization to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives
∎ Ensure that the business operates at the strategically accepted Gross Profit % level
∎ Ensure that all internal controls are applied by examining company's and Internal Audit Compliance Reports, following up on any recommendations as well as by your own observations
∎ Monitors the quality control of various activities with regards to product manufacturing, spares, services, packaging and sales
∎ Fully responsible for liaising with local regulatory authorities
∎ Set and assign operational goals for all departments from time to time to realize the annual targets and also reward each department as a team after the targets are achieved.
∎ Ensure compliance to local or territorial government minimum expectations and regulations
∎ Ensure that a proper organizational structure is in place for operations, management and finance as laid out in the approved Business Plan/Strategy
∎ Be aware of market trends regarding competition, products and customer requirements and act as required
∎ Working with the Director of Finance, manage and oversee all financial and business planning activities
∎ Direct and administer all financial plans while overseeing business policies and accounting practices
∎ Review and analyze financial reports
∎ Support and suggest the CEO in decision making
∎ Lead and support organizational budgeting process
∎ Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics
