Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement business strategies, plans and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives
∎ Develop, deploy and constantly improve key operational processes including sales/marketing, customer success, payment & order processing and logistics - either internally or through partnerships
∎ Oversee the company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Lead the process of onboarding merchants to the digital marketplace, including developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential customers and ensuring they receive excellent onboarding and customer service to grow their business through us
∎ Take end-to-end responsibility for all processes impacting customer experience, including product design together with our product and tech teams, to ensure the user experience is seamless and meets customer needs
∎ Develop and implement pricing and billing strategies that are fair and transparent to all parties
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competition and customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services
∎ Recruit, train and manage a team of professionals who will assist with onboarding, marketing, and digital product design and testing activities
∎ Develop and manage the HR department to ensure that the company is attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent in the industry
∎ Implement policies and procedures to ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations relating to HR
∎ Develop and implement training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of the company's employees
∎ Create a positive work environment and culture that supports the company's values and goals
∎ Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure the company's long-term sustainability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role in a startup environment
∎ Demonstrated success in managing complex operations, ideally in the healthcare or logistics industry
∎ Proven track record in managing teams and building effective relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
∎ Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in e-commerce
∎ Experience in digital product design and testing
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
