Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals.
∎ Established policies that promote company culture and vision.
∎ Developed and maintained Total Quality Management throughout the company to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers.
∎ Engage in ongoing efforts to eliminate waste in supply chain.
∎ Ensure the proper utilization of facilities, equipment, staffing, resources and infrastructure for smooth functioning of company operations.
∎ Monitoring Head Office and Manufacturing/Assembly Plant daily operations and provide guidance.
∎ To give necessary directives to Department Heads/ In-charges of different departments.
∎ Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy
∎ Responsible for development of the Strategic Operational plan.
∎ Financial Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the Budgetary Control, Cost Control, Growth Planning, Fiscal and Revenue management.
∎ Financial Risk Assessment of the organization to ensure a sustainable growth.
∎ Analyze financial data and reports for Top Management.
∎ Income Tax and VAT policy implementation for all financial transactions.
∎ Management Role:
∎ Organize, direct and control the Organizations operations through team members and delegate their duties.
∎ Ensure the governmental Regulations, Laws, Compliance, Statutory & Regulatory requirements, International standards and practice.
∎ Oversee all departments of both Company and Factory activities for optimum performance.
∎ To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
∎ Reporting to the Managing Director and advice the Board of Directors of the company on key issues and the overall activities of the company.
∎ Coordinate and Conduct Board meeting with Local and Foreign Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable.
∎ Must have to be flexible for frequent movement to anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent ability on data analysis
∎ Excellent team player with coordination & problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent People Management Capacity
