Shifting Duty will be required including Night shift duty.
Criminology as Educational background will be encouraged.
Defense background will be encouraged.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visitor Management including - Visitor movement register & visitor card maintain properly.
Monitor the incoming personnel & confirm their proper identification.
Properly checking of duty roaster & daily duty of Third Party Security Guards.
Monitoring & checking properly for entry & exit goods (delivery & unloading) with Gate pass.
Visit the factory (inside & outside) and check all the exit doors and locate any abnormality and unusual situation.
Access Manager application, CCTV Management , Entry & Exit door handle.
Securing the YKK asset, Monitor the access control & confirm the confidentiality.
Factory building outside overall 5S related work and initiative (roadside vacant space, Frence area etc.)
Support audit for their required documents.
Make report & presentation as and when required.
Communication with DEPZ, Police, SB, NSI & other Govt. organization as and when required.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
