Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Decent understanding of Capital Market, especially Securities House affairs
∎ Thorough understanding of treasury operations and broker/dealer operations
∎ Regulatory compliance with regard to securities laws, clearing and settlement, margin loan
∎ Overseeing the financial operations of the Brokerage business
∎ Dealing with cash flow, financial planning, and taxation issues
∎ Designing and maintaining effective financial control
∎ Preparing Monthly/Quarterly Financial Statements
∎ Having knowledge in Fintech/OMS
∎ Maintaining in-depth relations with all members of the management team
