Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum M Com/ MBA (Accounting) with CA (CC) Knowledge Level / PE-1

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee total accounting Systems of the company including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, Payroll, ordering procedures etc.
∎ Communicate with factory closely and ensure daily and monthly transaction.
∎ Ensure compliance with SEC, VAT, Taxation and other Government legislation.
∎ Perform ad hoc product/plant cost analysis to support the operations.
∎ Comply with all corporate accounting procedures.
∎ Work as per annual budget and capital expenditure plans.
∎ Keep records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
∎ Update all types of MIS report and submit to top management within the stipulated time.
∎ Update monthly Bank & Customer Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Maintain regular liaison with Bank.
∎ Manage monthly product wise value chain.
∎ Check debtor and creditor list and maintain party ledger along with ageing analysis.
∎ Coordinate and meet the audit requirements from both external & internal.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
