Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed University / MBA in Finance /Economics will be given preference for the position.
∎ The candidate having working experience in credit division of any reputed bank will consider as added qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position supervises the wide range of financial activities of the Group. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors and will work on all strategic and tactical matters relate to, forecasting the needs for fund and sourcing for best cost effective source to manage the same.
∎ Represent the company with investment bankers and investors and to arrange for long and short term finance as when as the business needs.
∎ He is responsible for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance activities of a group of company, including business planning, arranging and managing Local and Foreign financing, deal analysis and negotiations, and institutional financing.
∎ He is also responsible for negotiating loan or overdraft terms with Bank and other financial Institutions. Managing LC, Offshore finance and ensuring regular book keeping. Liaising with bankers and investors and maintaining positive working relationships. The candidate must be comfortable with interacting with banking institutions. Regulars follow up loan sanction, renewal, and enhancement and the adjustment of loan in time and to maintain good relationship with the Bank/Non Banking Financial Institution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have at least 10 years experience in the finance department of any group of companies which has minimum turnover T k 1000 croer with skill of negotiation abilities with the financial institutions local and abroad
∎ Good Communication skills in English and Bengali as well as any other skills.
∎ The candidate must have Strong negotiation and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
