∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure and control stress, Accounts Software, Business Communication, Excellent Problem Solving Skills, Expert on analysis, Fund Sourcing, Negotiation Skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper controls are in place and monitor compliance with the Accounting & Financial Procedures, Company Policies & financial reporting standards
∎ Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance & Accounts team
∎ Establish an excellent process of revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, and plan, develop, direct, control and analyses all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports so as to review operational issues impacting the company and pinpoint the weak areas
∎ Establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk & advise top management in capital structure decisions and its effective implementation
∎ Ensure legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the statutory/regulatory bodies
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
∎ Oversee and deal with Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external auditor for auditing, and other regulatory works and company fund sourcing and utilization
∎ Initiate and supervise the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the company, including financial forecasts, Business Modelling, and Business analysis
∎ Advice top management on financial strategies and financial planning matters with the ultimate goal of optimizing the effectiveness of financial resources of the organization
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fund sourcing plans and capital structure
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly budget in consultation with various business head, budget analysis, controlling and reconciliation of budget
∎ Ensure employee payroll and analysis various compensation and benefits in consultation with Group Head of HR & Admin
∎ Engage with various departments to ensure transferring of various share certificates and land acquisition
∎ Ensure proper company Tax & Vat with maintaining local government compliance
∎ Mentor & develop team, manage work allocation, training, problem resolution and performance evaluation
∎ Analyse financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, establish professional relationship with bank and financial institutions
∎ Maintaining ERP-Tally9.0 for accounts
∎ Analysis R.O.I of new projects and existing project
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context
∎ Continuously update on technology

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 20 Years experiences in finance & Accounts where five years as CFO/Head of Operations in large organization like MNC/ Local Company/International Company/ FMCG/Retail/Service industry/Banks/Manufacturing
