∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Applicants should have partly completed Professional Certification CA from ICAB.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Annual Business Plan, Budget Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Strategy, Planning and Management.
∎ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Provide insight, financial recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division.
∎ Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
∎ Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
∎ Management of internal audit department.
∎ Develops tax and financial strategies.
∎ Works with multiple departments, such as accounting, human resources, treasury, tax and legal departments.
∎ Makes reports that deal with potential risks and solutions as well as the company's overall financial state and presents those reports to the executive board;
∎ Ensures the company remains in line with personal and corporate tax regulations; Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions;
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance Act, Company Act, Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
∎ Coordinating with issue manager and prepare the accounts as per security exchange requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Bank management, Financial Budget, Internal Control Systems, Product Costing and budgeting.
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG factory.
∎ Applicants should have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to report management in Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
Salary: Negotiable
