Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant would be preferable. Working experience in manufacturing industry is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing, managing and running of all the Accounts & Finance activities of Lira Group. The goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
∎ To review the organization's financial condition, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial service to the entire company.
∎ Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
∎ Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards as per company reporting calendar.
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (Cash Book, ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ Corporate and individual tax planning for future period and tax planning for finalization of assessment of Company's and Individual.
∎ All Bank Related Works (Loan Renewal, Loan Proposal, Liaison with Banks etc.)
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.
∎ Ensure VAT management system & procedure as per organization's policy.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
