In depth knowledge of Companies Act, RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE Rules & Regulations, corporate financial law, Tax, VAT and risk management practices.
Ability to analyze strategies and solve problems.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting methods and reporting.
Excellent leadership, organizational/ interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressured environment.
Excellent Communication skill in English.

Main Purpose of the position:
Update with RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE Day to Day.
Effective cost control, risk management and planning organization financial strategies.
The Basic Functions: As CFO, the Incumbent is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, and Tax & VAT departments by monitoring a large group of employees in both the head office and factories.
Drive the Company`s financial planning.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
Develop investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
Control and evaluate the organization`s fundraising plans and capital structure. Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting.
Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimizing working Capital.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization`s operations by coordinating with the sales team.
Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors and regulatory Authorities.
Prepare the monthly, Quarterly and yearly Financial Statements and submit the same to the Management.
Oversee the company`s financial IT system.
Ensure compliance with the law and company`s policies.
Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to: payment, processing and submission of Tax & VAT returns/reports on time, handling external audits/disputes/appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
Perform Special tasks, as assigned by the Management.
As Per Company Policy.
