Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate will be preferred who have FCA/FCMA/ACA/CFA/CA (CC) partly qualified with MBA/Masters/equivalents degree from reputed University major in Finance/Accounting /Economics/Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Bond Market, Regulations and Policies of Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Knowledge about Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Capital Market.
∎ Well Conversant with Investment Products and ability to develop efficient portfolio management strategies.
∎ Conceptually sound in transaction/trading on securities, Brokerage & Asset Management Company Operation [equities, bond, debentures etc.]
∎ Capable in market trend analysis & market forecasting mechanism.
∎ In-depth knowledge to support business unit for preparation of short & long term
∎ Strategies & operation plan based on financial analysis.
∎ To ensure profitability target by maximizing revenues from Corporate, Retail & Foreign Portfolios.
∎ To maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and prominent customers.
∎ Ability to attract foreign investment in the capital market
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
∎ Monitoring the overall operation and compliance related activities of the company
∎ Time to time report to Board of Directors.
∎ Complete the additional task given by the Board of Directors, if any.
∎ Having excellent knowledge of Custody & Trusty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age should not over 45 years
∎ Encouraging if having at least 03 years' experience as Chief Executive Officer in a reputed Assets Management Company with proven record of accomplishment. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ Age may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidate.
∎ Have the knowledge of VAT & Tax rules.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Microsoft office
∎ Must have experience in software operation
∎ Ability to deliver dynamic Leadership & Implement Strategic Plan
∎ Strong communication, management & negotiable skills
