∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined by the Board of Directors
∎ Lead the officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its profitability
∎ Work closely with the officers of the company to continue innovation, determine sustainable growth strategies, prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regards to investment risk and return
∎ Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, company organizational structure and increasing HR efficiency by employing/enabling best-in-class technology
∎ Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with respective stakeholders
∎ Communicate effectively with shareholders, employees and other stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ CA or FCA experience preferred
∎ 20+ years of corporate managerial experience
∎ Work experience in multiple countries and multiple industries
∎ Extensive Telecommunications and Internet industry experience
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
