∎ MBBS/Masters in any discipline and candidates with diploma/post graduation in hospital management will get preference .

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the implementations of the sales, marketing strategy;
∎ Develop business & brand strategy to develop new markets;
∎ Guide the day-to-day activities of the organization;
∎ Plan & execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new & existing product and services;
∎ Re-design the key solution for operational issues which will impact on quality improvement with a positive impact on revenue;
∎ Developing complex business strategies which concentrate augmenting the revenue & achieving top line profitability;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' work experience in the same or equivalent position.
∎ Required skillset:
∎ Dynamic leadership & Negotiation skill;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
∎ Computer literacy and online communication;
∎ Experience in managing large work force in health care industry will be an added advantage.
