∎ B. Sc. Engineering/4 Years BSc in any subject with minimum 10 years of proven experience in program management, preferably in TVET and skills development projects. Or
∎ M.Sc. Engineering/MS in any subject with minimum 7 years of proven experience in program management preferably in TVET and skills development projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC) is the sister concern of Saic Group. Saic Professional training center has already established a remarkable position in technical education, vocational education, short courses, long courses, various soft skills, and hard skill training in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Bogra, Dinajpur, and Jamalpur. Now we are looking for a Chief Coordiator for Saic Professional Training Center, Dhaka.
∎ Ensure 100% admission in various training courses.
∎ Provide leadership in skill development and partnership enhancement.
∎ Analyze data from technical programs and provide guidance to bridge any gaps.
∎ Organize workshops with industry guest trainers.
∎ Develop training curriculum, modules, and materials for skill enhancement programs.
∎ Maintain training quality according to partner guidelines.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis and devise employee development plans.
∎ Regularly inspect classrooms to ensure training program quality.
∎ Prepare reports and proposals in line with partner/donor agency guidelines.
∎ Represent the organization at various forums, groups, and events.
∎ Execute approved projects from partners.
∎ Support business development initiatives.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and coordinate partner projects.
∎ Evaluate employee performance.
∎ Develop annual budgets for program operations.
∎ Fulfill tasks as required by authority.
∎ Manage all aspects of project management.
∎ Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
