Job Context:
∎ bdCalling IT Ltd is a digital media agency producing or aggregating, bundling, and distributing content through online platforms for the USA based audience, clients and partners.
∎ We are looking for a strong candidate to fill our Chief Content Editor post. The applicant should have a very good command of the English language, sharp content/news sense, the ability to find good stories, and the skills to generate and analyze data.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all content requirements
∎ Coordinate online communication and messaging
∎ Set standards and ensure implementation by team members
∎ Establish goals and expectations and conduct checks to make sure team is on target
∎ Recruit and manage writers locally and internationally
∎ Edit and improve content from writers, making sure all are free of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors prior to publication
∎ Provide feedback to writers and give recommendations to management regarding writers
∎ Check content to ensure they are accurate, plagiarism-free, don't violate copyright laws, are not libelous, or go against the policies of affiliate programs
∎ Use Hemingway/Grammarly Desktop Editor
∎ Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
∎ Coordinate with the Technical Team (SEO and WordPress)
∎ Ensure website is always updated, content-wise
∎ Promote and keep track of content on social media
∎ Maintain communication with the management
∎ Comply with local and international media laws, copyright laws, and ethical guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years work experience in any leading English newspaper/media agency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Copy-writing, Content Editing
∎ Communication / Public Relations / Media
∎ Strong content writing skills
∎ Strong editing skills
∎ Strong research and analytical skills
∎ Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred, but not mandatory
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Range BDT 60K-80K We are offering attractive salary packages for the right candidate.
