Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a cook who has vast experience in cooking local Chinese foods.
∎ Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
∎ Ensure highest levels of food quality & taste.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares of variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
∎ Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
∎ Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes cooking methods quality standards, kitchen rules policies and procedures.
∎ Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line station to assure a smooth service period.
∎ Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
∎ Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
∎ Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and marinating.
∎ Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
∎ Handles, stores and rotates all product properly.
∎ Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
∎ Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen & Dinning Areas.
∎ Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
∎ Before cooking the cooker will have to be cleaned his hands with hand wash.
∎ After cooking make ensure that the kitchen will be sanitized.
∎ Always serve the dishes at right time in office and dormitory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Cooker will be responsible for various aspects of food preparation in several different types of establishments & supervising others who are responsible for performing tasks related to cooking.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
