Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতিদিন দুপুরের পর রেস্টুরেন্টে উপস্থিত হয়ে রেস্টুরেন্ট ওপেন করা ও রান্নাঘর প্রস্তুত করা।
দৈনিক প্রয়োজনীয় মাছ, সি ফুড, ও অন্যান্য উপকরণ যাচাই ও প্রস্তুত করা।
মেনু অনুযায়ী সি ফুড ফ্রাই, বারবিকিউ ও লুচি রান্না করা।
রান্নার গুণগত মান, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
কিচেন ও সার্ভিং এরিয়া পরিপাটি ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখা।
বিকেল থেকে রাত ১০টা পর্যন্ত গ্রাহক সার্ভিস (সেলফ সার্ভিস সিস্টেম অনুযায়ী) সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
কাজ শেষে রান্নাঘর, সরঞ্জাম ও খাদ্য সংরক্ষণ স্থান গুছিয়ে পরিষ্কার রেখে ক্লোজ করা।
দৈনিক উপকরণ ব্যবহারের হিসাব রাখা এবং পরের দিনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তালিকা তৈরি করা।
খাবারের স্বাদ ও পরিবেশনা উন্নয়নে নতুন আইডিয়া প্রস্তাব করা।
