Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Chef in Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, Hotels, Resorts, Catering, or Fast Casual Dining.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing authentic poke bowls, healthy bowls, or fresh fusion cuisine.
  • Expertise in creating authentic poke bowls and health-focused menus.
  • Strong knowledge of fresh produce, proteins, dressings, and flavor pairings.
  • Creativity in menu development, plating, and healthy food innovations.
  • Ability to manage a small kitchen team and train/support a helper when required.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle orders efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of food quality and consistency.

Note:

The chef must be able to manage the kitchen independently, take full ownership of operations, and source the best ingredients to maintain authenticity, freshness, and quality. Since this is a new brand with no existing customer base, the chef should be prepared to handle challenges such as building processes from scratch, managing fluctuating order volumes, and contributing ideas to help establish the brand’s identity and reputation in the market.The cloud kitchen is currently located within a residential setup (owner’s home) as part of the brand’s startup phase.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and prepare the daily menu of poke bowls and healthy bowls as per brand standards.

  • Ensure authenticity, taste, and quality in every dish.

  • Source, manage, and control fresh ingredients and inventory.

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation at all times.

  • Supervise and coordinate with the kitchen helper for smooth operations.

  • Innovate and introduce new healthy bowl concepts to keep the menu exciting.

  • Monitor food costs and minimize wastage through efficient resource utilization.

  • Deliver consistent food presentation that enhances customer satisfaction.

  • Innovate and propose new dishes, seasonal menus, and customer-attractive offerings.
