∎ Post-graduation, graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management, BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate.

Bakery and pastry items
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily target-wise food preparation and maintain food quality.
∎ Operate within controlled budgets and costs and analyze consumption rate to prevent over/under buying.
∎ Control stock requirement and purchasing, manage inventory and prevent excessively
∎ S/He will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
∎ Train and develop supporting kitchen staff to ensure maximum output with minimum resources.
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with all levels of coworkers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate must have a proven track record of working experience in a fast-paced food chain/restaurant/hotel.
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management.
∎ Ability to identify and resolve problems immediately.
∎ Communication and leadership skills.
∎ Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
