∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties includes preparation of cooking, creating and developing all types of dishes from the menu using traditional/ modern techniques, fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending for added menu variety.
∎ Menu planning.
∎ Inventory Management
∎ International standard kitchen managing capacity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of authentic Thai/ Chinese, & and other cooking.
∎ Knowledge of various types of Soups, appetizer or Main course items.
∎ Commie , 2nd to Chef. can handle seafood prep & presentation in absence of Chef.
∎ Very positive, energetic.
∎ Leadership in kitchen.
∎ Excellent & strict in kitchen hygiene, organization and maintenance, personal hygiene.
∎ Committed to non-waste.
