Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible to the Finance Director and is responsible for managing finance and accounting operations and providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team of the company.
∎ Managing & supervising accountants for different Finance and Accounts related job functions.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with banks and financial institutions. Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ Ensuring government regulatory compliances are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible for cost management and financial feasibility analysis internal finance and accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports.
∎ Work with internal & external auditors, financial institutions and consultants to co-ordinate audits, tax/legal compliance etc. RJSC for company matter.
∎ Provide periodic financial reports/records, designing and preparing a set of comprehensive budget and budgetary control system to mitigate risk as well as to enhance the accuracy of financial results.
∎ Manage the production of annual budgets, variance and forecast.
∎ Carry out cash management, business modelling and risk assessment.
∎ Maintain a documented system of accounting, policies and procedures.
∎ Vast knowledge in the area of company matter with BSEC, RJSC & NBR will be treated as extra experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ 10 to 15 year(s). At least 2 years in similar position, similar company may be preferable.
∎ Familiar with VAT/Tax and banking regulations and legal compliance, Audit, Financials in Bangladesh.
∎ Familiar with IPO requirement for a new company.
∎ Should be honest, flexible, responsible and be able to work under pressure.
