∎ CA, CA CC, MBA in Finance/ Accounting from Reputed Business School/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Banks, Insurance, Financial Consultants
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare yearly accounts, balance sheet, documentation and cooperation with tax lawyer for tax settlement with NBR
∎ To maintain books and records such as Cash Book, Ledgers, Subsidiary ledgers, Bank book, Other Registers
∎ To visit the branches in time to time for following up through reports on all relevant transactions.
∎ To receive and process petty cash payments, balance cash and prepare bank deposits; manage petty cash fund and maturity & claim settlements, handle disbursement along with monthly payroll and others.
∎ Responsible for maintaining records of the daily transaction for head office along with branches.
∎ Maintain & Checking and verification of bank vouchers, transactions, and reconciliation with making sure that all procedure completed.
∎ Help develop/expand client relationships and assist in developing deals where appropriate.
∎ Oversee the company's financial reporting functions within the Accounting Department
∎ To prepare the basic Costing & Budgeting issues for the company
∎ To work with the top management for preparing the Finance & Accounts related documents & reports.
∎ To accomplish the responsibilities given by supervisors
∎ Managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting as well as analysis of data.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must especially in MS-Office, ERP Software.
