Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, Gender Studies, Human Rights, International Relations, Law, Political Science, Social Science, Social Work or any other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CFM Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism. Main responsibilities are mostly related to Accountability of Affected People (AAP) and include administrative handling of feedback and complaints, routine recordkeeping, and communication and coordination. The position requires the ability to work closely with a multi-sectorial program team and to interact effectively with a wide variety of community members. This position is based in Cox's Bazar and frequent travel to the field.
∎ Main Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ A) Management of client's feedback and/or complaint
∎ Serve as point of contact/ and administer different feedback and complaints (e.g., hotlines, suggestion boxes, individual interviews).
∎ Acknowledge, receive and register feedback and/complaints from beneficiaries and community members.
∎ Inform stakeholders about the confidentiality policy, complaint-handling process, and time frames.
∎ Handle routine questions and requests for information.
∎ Categorize and route stakeholder feedback and/complaints to responsible staff according to policies and standard operating procedures.
∎ Facilitate communication with complainants about case status and decisions.
∎ Throughout the process of intake of complaints/feedback and referrals, ensure applying protection principles for the confidentiality of information and safety of beneficiaries.
∎ Provide beneficiary's information on third-party services available in the area.
∎ B) Data Management and Reporting
∎ Handle entry, upload, and export of data.
∎ Organize paper and electronic records for routine reporting promptly.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client feedback and data management in line with existing SARPV policies on data protection.
∎ Produce monthly and annual reports on CFM data
∎ C) Community Awareness and Learning
∎ Coordinate and communicate with other team members for sharing best practices and challenges.
∎ Provide support to the De on the development of visual materials for dissemination among beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure Feedback and Mechanism briefings and information dissemination is provided on a routine Bachelor of Arts to local field staff as well as community members.
∎ Support the conduct of or facilitate any required training for SARPV staff and partners on Client Responsiveness.
∎ D) Others
∎ Implement other activities, related to the objectives of the technical support unit, as assigned by the Line manager
∎ Support large or complex assessment/evaluation activities as required
∎ Support implementation of rapid needs assessments in the event of emergencies
∎ Any other assignments that are necessary for the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field. Experience in emergency context will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of verbal and written English and Bangla; Rohingya or local language an asse
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Team-building, capacity building and training skills
∎ Language: Must be proficient in English and Bangla in both writing and speaking
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Power point)
∎ Flexibility and mobility are required at any time of the program implementation.
∎ Competency: In Microsoft excel, word, Power Point and internet browsing for the basic communication.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual, until 31st December, 2023 (Renewable)

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

∎ 2 Days weekly holiday
∎ Transport & Mobile bill as per policy.
