Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Revenue targets for the Centre both from new and existing customers
∎ Generate Sales leads for prospective customers
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and invite them to The Little Gym Centre
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Lead a team of employees across different functions
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in various functions
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in a direct sales and customer facing role
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Graduate
∎ The person must be healthy and fit since we deal with children
∎ Sports athletes/ Trainer related of gymnastics are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
